First of all, those who would rather video record then assist a person who is obviously in crisis are as culpable as the attacker in my eyes.

Secondly, this is further proof that you do not have to be in a dangerous section of the world to have unexpected violence befall you. The victim simply went to McDonald’s after school and was confronted by a random act of violence.

This is yet another reminder of why we train. Sadly, we live in a world that requires us to possess the ability to fend off a stranger’s violent actions, regardless of time of day or section of town. Violence is chaos and therefore unpredictable.

Be guided by this video and make sure that you and your loved ones possess the ability to defend yourselves. To not do so, places you at risk. We must learn to be our own bodyguards.
