ENHANCED TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL.
Effective February 3, 2026, the two premier Krav Maga self-defense organizations in CT will be training “under one roof” at our single, unified studio location at 295 Westport Ave (2nd Floor) in Norwalk. The move was made with one goal in mind: to raise the level of training available to our members. This change consolidates the experience, instructors, and curriculum of both entities to create a stronger, deeper training environment.
Self-defense workshop held at the Center for Family Justice in Bridgeport
Thanks to all CFJ staff members who participated in our introduction to Krav Maga self-defense workshop on November 5. Per Direct Services Intake Assistant, Silvia Paytas, it was an “engaging and empowering session that provided valuable, practical tools for self-defense. Gus, your instruction was clear, motivating, and adaptable for all fitness levels, and we truly appreciated the safe and supportive learning environment you created.”
