CT Move: Now at 295 Westport Ave. Norwalk, CT

We’ve now moved our CT self-defense studio to a spacious, new 2nd floor space at 295 Westport Ave. in Norwalk CT. This 4,500 square foot training facility offers private lessons, group classes, company workshops, and ample parking! Come visit us soon. To celebrate our opening, first-time visitors are invited to participate in one trial group class at no charge.

Self-Defense Workshop for Skylar’s Mitzvah Project

On Nov. 12,  our team conducted its first self-protection workshop at our new studio in Norwalk for Skylar’s Mitzvah Project. The group enjoyed learning simple, yet effective self-defense skills, while having a great time doing it.

  • Founder Gus Bottazzi was chosen as the Instructor to teach Krav Maga to self-defense instructors at Big Sky Fitness. The #1 gym in Hartford County 20+ Years in a row has engaged Gus to ensure that Big Sky’s martial arts trainers are properly skilled in Krav Maga. 
  • HE’S NO AVERAGE JOE. On Nov. 11, Krav Maga Instructor Joe Mazilia endured a grueling 4-hour black belt test at our new Norwalk CT studio. The test pushed Joe to his physical and mental limits, but Joe ultimately delivered an “extraordinary” performance. Congratulations, Joe!
  • Group classes for private membership students have now begun. Classes will take place Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm, with a Saturday morning class at 11am. Come check out a class–the first one is free.
